Is there a minimum order?
If you use our Click and Collect Service there is no minimum order and you can order any combination of beers in bottles or kegs.
For the Local Delivery Service and our National Courier Delivery Service there is a minimum order of 8 bottles. This can be 8 of the same beer or you can choose a combination of beers to your taste. Boxes of 12 and 24 are also available. This is to ensure that boxes delivered by our driver or our courier can be suitably packed and evenly weighted. There is no minimum order for mini kegs.
Where and when can I collect my order if I choose Click and Collect?
Click and Collect orders can be collected at the Star Wing Brewery Drive-Thru located at Star Wing Brewery, Hall Farm, Church Road, Redgrave, IP22 1RJ every Thursday between midday and 8pm (excluding bank holidays). Orders close at 5pm on a Wednesday for collection the following day.
How much does delivery cost?
Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of Star Wing Brewery (Postcode IP22 1RJ) at a standard rate of £2.95 per order.
Standard UK delivery by courier is charged at £6.95 per order. Other charges may apply for the Scottish Highlands and Islands (Postcodes AB31,33-38, 45, 52-56, FK17-21, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE), Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly (Postcodes BT,IM,TR21-TR25).
There is no charge for the Click and Collect service.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Local Deliveries are made by our driver once a week on a Friday. An approximate time slot will be emailed to you the day before your delivery is due. Orders close at 5pm on a Wednesday for delivery on the Friday.
UK Delivery We aim to process orders to facilitate delivery within 3-5 working days. During busy periods we may increase this processing time and will notify you if we do.
Can I track my order?
Yes, orders delivered by courier can be tracked. We generally use either Parcelforce or APC as our courier service and you will be sent tracking information directly from them within 24 hours of your order leaving Star Wing Brewery.
I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 5 working days of receiving your delivery notification, please check your tracking information supplied. If you have further issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Will I need to sign for my order?
Yes. If there is no-one at home, the driver will leave a calling card. If you have provided your mobile number or email address, our courier will send you a notification confirming this.
Can I add an item to an existing order?
We regret we are unable to accept amendments if your order is packed and ready for dispatch.
Is there anything I should do to get the best from my beer?
Our bottled beers are bottle conditioned and our mini kegs are conditioned in the keg, meaning both products need to be carefully managed.
The bottles should be stored upright and out of sunlight for a minimum of an hour after delivery (recommended 24 hours) and do not shake them before opening. Bottles are best served at cellar temperature or cold, depending on the style and your preference.
The mini kegs must be stored cold for at least 24 hours before opening to minimise the pressure and to allow the beer to settle. More detailed instructions on how to open the mini kegs is available online and on the label.
Please note that sediment at the bottom of a bottle is a naturally occurring substance which will arise in the conditioning process.

What do I do if the delivery I receive is not what I ordered/damaged/faulty
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in great condition. If you do not receive all your products or in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty please refer to the Refunds and Returns Section for further information on returns and refunds insert link
